Warranties Before buying a vehicle, it pays to check the warranty cover provided. The vehicle may have cover from the manufacturer, if so when does it expire? You may be offered an extended warranty from an independent provider. How comprehensive is it? Many private vendors may offer no warranty protection at all. The fact is, warranty sales represent valuable profits for most dealers, and all too often the level of cover is poor and the policy pricing is uncompetitive. As standard, we provide all our vehicles with a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty free of charge. We also provide the option of a full 12 month warranty provided by the RAC for a set rate of £299. Our RAC vehicle warranties have been thoroughly scrutinised, so we can be sure of the cover and conditions and know we're providing the protection and value you expect. The policy covers Mechanical Breakdowns, so you're covered in case of failure of mechanical and electrical components, including the labour costs. For an extra £60, we can also offer full Roadside assistance. This includes recovery of the vehicle and up to five passengers in the event of an accident or breakdown, including breakdowns which are not covered by the mechanical breakdown insurance policy. Personal cover for you even when you are travelling in other vehicles as a passenger, so you are covered, not the car. There is also a 24 hour helpline in the event of an emergency.
