Here at Merry Hill Van Centre, we offer a number of finance packages that can be tailored to suit your needs. There are more details on each one shown below, here's how it works:

  1. Call us direct on 01384 483535 to speak to a sales advisor.

  2. Once you have received our quotation the next step is to take a finance proposal from you. This includes information such as home address, date of birth and occupation. We will then submit your proposal and inform you when the finance is available.

  3. Your finance documents will then be drawn up for you to sign. These will need to be completed on-site at our offices prior to vehicle collection. You will also need to provide proof of identity & current address in order to help prevent fraud (eg current driving licence).

  4. The whole process can take as little as 3 days. However we do ask that you allow 5 days from step 1-3 if at all possible.

  • Hire Purchase
    Hire purchase is a simple, straightforward way to spread the cost of buying a new vehicle.

  • Hire Purchase With Balloon
    Hire purchase with a balloon offers lower monthly payments than normal hire purchase. Instead, at the end of the agreement, you can make a final lump sum payment (or 'balloon') to own your vehicle.

  • Balanced Payments Plan
    Balanced payment is a finance option resembling Hire Purchase (HP) for contracts over £12.5K. Unlike HP, where interest is fixed, balanced payment tracks changes in the finance house base rate. As rates fall or rise, so does the interest charge you pay over the period of the contract.

  • Balloon Lease
    This lease plan simply funds the use of your chosen vehicle. As your company leases the vehicle, monthly rentals are tax deductible. Variable payment patterns, including low initial rental, are available, so you also benefit from low capital outlay.

  • Warranties
    Before buying a vehicle it pays to check the warranty position carefully. The vehicle may have cover from the manufacturer. When does it expire? How comprehensive is it?

  • Insurance
    We are more than happy to recommend Footman James, insurance specialists, as we have found their levels of customer service and competitive quotes hard to fault over the last few years.
